TRYPTICASE SOY AGAR
Use for the isolation and cultivation of a wide variety of fastidious and non fastidious
microorganisms. Upon supplemented with sheep blood, is use for the
observation of hemolytic reactions of a variety of bacteria. Also use to perform the
CAMP test for the presumptive identi cation of group B streptococci (Streptococcus
agalactiae). For total aerobic portion of microbial limit testing as per USP.
